Return Policy

Custom giant-check orders

Because every order is printed with your artwork, custom giant checks cannot be resold and are not returnable once production has started. This is why we send a free mockup first and do not charge you until you approve it.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match the mockup you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the affected units.

Before production

You can cancel at no cost any time before you approve your mockup. Mockups and revisions are always free.

How to start a claim

Email info@getcustomchecks.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will respond within one business day.
